Ok, it’s 2022, and NFTs are a thing most people will admit are here to stay. There are creators/artists from every sphere. Exciting innovations from those blessed with the capacity to sing, draw, paint, photograph, and sculpt. As someone whose only “talent” is writing, I felt lost because I had no idea how to benefit the space with my passion.
Still, I believe there is a space for writers. Writers are innovative thinkers who can link seemingly disconnected concepts into a homogenous project. We are truth seekers capable of lighting a path to freedom. We are capable of walking in another’s shoes and empathizing with them. We are capable of writing new realities; we can create the world we desire in the NFT space.
I believe we can figure out the implications of this new technology and develop unique strategies to give a spotlight to the stories we write to uplift and educate our communities.
