CryptoPunks continued to dominate the NFT market for another day on Wednesday, securing the top spot in daily sales volume for the second consecutive time.
Despite experiencing a 25% decrease in sales compared to the previous day, the Ethereum-based collection still managed to record over $1.25 million in daily sales. This feat was achieved through a total of eight transactions involving seven unique buyers and sellers.
While CryptoPunks maintained its lead in daily sales volume, Bitcoin collections collectively outperformed Ethereum in overall NFT sales on Wednesday. The Bitcoin collections amassed a total of $6.68 million in sales, surpassing Ethereum’s $6.04 million.
Among the top-performing collections on Wednesday, DMarket secured the second spot with a daily sales volume of $725,058. This impressive figure involved a staggering 4,147 unique buyers and 3,569 sellers across 31,734 transactions. DMarket is renowned for its representation of in-game items for the Mythos chain.
NodeMonkes on Bitcoin claimed the third position with a daily sales volume of $717,301.84. Although this marked a slight decrease from the previous day’s sales of $750,024.31, the collection’s total sales now stand at an impressive $214.35 million, solidifying its stronghold in the market. NodeMonkes currently holds the title of the all-time leading collection on the Bitcoin network.
Other notable collections that made it to Wednesday’s top 10 sales list include $PMPS BRC-20 NFTs, with a daily sales volume of $634,465, and Mad Lads, which generated $518,697 in sales. These collections experienced fluctuations in their daily performance, with $PMPS BRC-20 NFTs witnessing an increase in transactions from the previous day, while Mad Lads saw a decrease from $800,760.
In addition to these, Solana Monkey Business, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, DogeZuki Collection, and Guild of Guardians Avatars also featured among the day’s top-performing NFT collections.
